  We rented a home through Westshore and were so happy with the entire experience. Kendra and the staff were always easily accessible and helpful. Our maintenance request was handled promptly with no issues. Our entire security deposit was returned quickly. Would gladly recommend Westshore again and again!!!!!

  Our second home we have closed with Brenda and again I could go on and on…she is such a great agent and this time buying a home instead of selling she worked just as hard. We were looking for a home that was a bit out of the ordinary status quo, and she understood our needs. Things got really hectic around closing time but Brenda was always informative and quick to respond. She understands the little details of the transaction often mean the most and she pays great attention to that. I will and do recommend her to anyone that needs a real estate professional.

  At first I thought I was getting pretty good service, however after this last phone call I'm sure these guys don't care about you. I made a bad mistake with choosing a vehicle and was looking to refinance a newer, better, pristine vehicle. Make sure you know what you're doing because these guys don't offer any type of support. Now I'm stuck with a crappy vehicle and no way to refinance (through these "lenders") but according to them that translates to my fault. Choose a different place to finance anything unless you have no where else to turn. Customer service is lacking greatly. Payment options are terrible. This is coming from a guy who just needed a little help and guidance and stepped into the wrong place for help.

  Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. For starters my air conditioning was broken all last summer. They came out to fix it at least three times (after i had to call them 10 times) and said it was fixed but still doesn't work. They just came again today 3 weeks after my first call, said it is fixed, and again it still doesn't work. It has now been broken a year and a half. The entire building leans which causes the water from the shower to leak onto the floor every time you use it. Giant icicles form off the building easily 10 feet long that hang over the side walk and entrances due to poor installation that also causes your gas bill to be higher. In addition to that your bill is split 6 ways so even if you set your temp at 68 and your neighbor sets it at 75 you have to pay the difference. There is very little parking. Washer and dryer is shared. Its expensive, they also charge you more every time you renew your lease (which I never should have done.) I could go on and on. Don't move here. 0 stars. If there is any positive, the view is nice I guess.
